Transforming HR Through Responsible AI Leadership
Human Resources is uniquely positioned to lead organizational AI governance efforts, serving as the bridge between technological innovation and human-centered values. As AI transforms workplace practices across all functions, HR professionals must develop expertise in both leveraging AI tools and ensuring their ethical implementation organization-wide.
The "AI Governance & Ethics Mastery for HR Leaders Masterclass” empowers HR leaders with the strategic frameworks and practical tools needed to champion responsible AI adoption. This comprehensive 2 half-day virtual program combines AI governance principles with HR-specific applications, enabling participants to drive AI innovation while safeguarding employee rights, organizational values, and regulatory compliance.
Led by renowned experts David Creelman and Pauline James, this program goes beyond theoretical discussions to deliver immediately applicable strategies for implementing AI governance structures within HR and across the organization. Participants will learn to balance technological advancement with human dignity, ensuring AI enhances rather than diminishes the employee experience.
This masterclass addresses the complex intersection of AI technology, employment law, organizational ethics, and human capital management through a practical, HR-focused lens. By the conclusion of this program, you'll have developed a comprehensive action plan for positioning HR as the organizational leader in responsible AI implementation, complete with tools, frameworks, and strategies tailored to HR professionals' unique responsibilities.

Pauline is committed to working with her clients to help them become more effective, respecting their organization’s unique challenges. Pauline has a track record of working with Operations and HR divisions to build effective and sustainable programs, tailored to their needs. This includes support from the design through to implementation, including leader training and employee communications. What is unique about her approach is that she is committed to teaching and helping leaders to become independent as opposed to promoting reliance on an ‘expert’.
